The MISSION of Black Knight Productions is to develop,
produce, and market quality motion pictures, which promote fresh talent
and the best of American ideals.
We will carefully develop quality stories, employ
low-cost production techniques, and utilize creative marketing campaigns
to appeal to a largely under-served audience, which is in search of
exciting and enriching entertainment.
Black Knight's first feature, "Jericho", is currently
in international release and our second feature, "Diamonds in the Rough"
is in pre-production.

Mark McMillion is the President/CEO of Black Knight Productions, Inc. He
has been an Army officer for 16+ years to include being stationed in
Germany, Oklahoma, New York, Georgia and a 1-year tour in the “cradle of
civilization” aka Baghdad, Iraq. During his time in service, Mark has
served as a Platoon Leader, Company Commander, Battalion Executive Officer
and many staff positions at the Battalion, Brigade, and Division-levels.
Additionally, he taught at West Point for three years in the Department of
Behavioral Sciences and Leadership.
He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1991
with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and from The Ohio State University in
2000 with a M.S. in Cognitive Systems Engineering. Mark is married and the
father of four children.

John Draper is a member of the Board of Directors of Black Knight
Productions and is Executive Producer of Jericho. He is an active investor in high-quality emerging growth companies. Mr.
Draper has been a Director of William Blair International, Ltd. based in London, England, where
he managed the firm's Institutional Equity Sales Office for several years. He is also a Principal with
William Blair & Co. LLC., a preeminent Chicago investment bank
(est.1935), where he currently resides. Prior to
joining William Blair & Co. LLC., Mr. Draper was in Sales Management with the Procter
& Gamble Corporation in San Francisco, California and Detroit, Michigan. He is a
graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (B.S.).

Tom Judge is a member of the
Board of Directors of Black Knight Productions, Inc. and is a partner in
Jericho Partners Limited Partnership. He has practiced law in Chicago
and New York since 1983, with a focus on private equity finance,
securities offerings, joint ventures and M&A.
Tom is a graduate of Cornell University
(B.A.), the University of Chicago (M.A.), the University of Michigan
(J.D.) and Oxford University (M.B.A.).

partner in Jericho Partners Limited Partnership. She is currently a
Boeing 777 International First Officer for United Airlines.
Additionally, she serves as Major in the Air Force Reserves as a C-17
Globemaster pilot. She is a graduate of the United States Military
Academy at West Point (B.S.) and Florida Institute of Technology (M.S.M.).

Larry began his professional career
as an Officer in The United States Army. He was commissioned, a Second
Lieutenant in the Armor Branch immediately upon graduation from The United
States Military Academy at West Point. He served in various capacities
from Platoon Leader to Battalion Flight Operations Officer before leaving
the service in 1980 as a Captain, having earned the wings of both an Army
Paratrooper and Army Aviator.
For the past 10 years, Larry has worked in the entertainment industry.
Before becoming General Manager of A&M Records’ Nashville Division, Larry
was National Director of Sales and Marketing at the label. During this
time, Larry worked directly with major Country Music recording artists
such as Toby Keith.
Following Seagram’s purchase of Polygram, Larry moved to the retail side
of the business, working for Wal-Mart’s primary music supplier: Anderson
Merchandisers. Currently, Larry is the company’s Senior Analyst for
Finance and Economics.
In addition to Larry’s affiliation with Black Knight
Productions, he is also the managing partner for a content development
group: MNM Media Works. The group has developed two TV series: Medal of
Honor and X-OPS. X-OPS is currently under consideration for major network
release.
